Northland Conservancy Location: Northern Northland, west coast Access: Te Paki Stream and Ahipara. Waipapa Kauri Ramp or the bluff from Te Keo Description: 90 km beach walk with camping, no huts. Southland Conservancy Location: Rakiura National Park, Stewart Island Access: From Halfmoon Bay Description: Suitable only for well equipped, experienced trampers. 8 - 12 days are required for the whole circuit.
